What to pay??
Re:What to pay??
They're not losing money when they sell at invoice, or even below. The rebates come from the factory; the dealer still gets the 3% of MSRP holdback.

I talked to a dealer today that said starting tomorrow (Thursday) they were going to offer 14 free oil changes and deferred payments until January '04 if you finance through Chrysler Credit. I don't know if that's just at that dealer, or nationwide.

Re:What to pay??
I saw an add for the free oil change deal on the telly last night. It looks national. Oh well, I financed through my credit union anyway for a tax deductible 4.74% and took the $2,500.

As an aside, I drove up to my cabin and back yesterday. 84 miles each way, 2,000 foot elevation gain, twisty mountain roads, and got 20.2 MPG trip average per the computer. ;D I've now got about 300 total miles on it.

100 Proof
Re:What to pay??
I went to a dealer yesterday to look at 03s and they would only give me 5600 for my 97 3500 CC 2wd with 180k are they crazy or is it just me I still owe 9800 on it. I got 5500 out of my 95 1500 CC 2wd with 140k last year.
