rjm022-----I thought the same with the pinion factor and both dealers I went to said the same thing-----no area for pinion factor-----I ask to see at the second dealer and he showed me how he was doing it and all it has is a entry for tire size. He said it is different on the 06 models compared to 03.
As far as the hi idle he went to screen that said----manual hi idle enable----and proceeded through the prompts and enabled it. So I will have to try it out with the cruise to see if it works.
