Hello all I've been trying to figure out what is causing my gauges to act normally then very very almost can't catch it unless it's about to happen. Drop close to nothing then pop right back up in half a second or less along with a ever so annoying musical note lol. I've no idea where to start on it. And I haven't had any luck finding some one with this problem though the not always reliable google. I'm desperate lol. Truck is the 04 not the 04.5. Bone stock other wise other than A edge turner with attitude that was installed. I only use it for the guages it has. Had this truck back in February I have been loving it. But this is very annoying not gonna lie.

 

Not sure if they had the same gauge assembly as the 06's but those ones had an issue with solder cracking. If you remove some of the screws going through the control board and leave the rest somewhat loose it would resolve the issue.
