any one else have this problem! im getting a little air noise from door but also getting water from grab handle where the cover for screw is.

 

Do you have cab lights? Its a very common problem, It is usually due to one or more cab lights leeking, I had one replaced and it fixed my leak

 

My leak from the handle was the strip that the door weatherstripping mounts to on the cab, they removed it siliconed the bottom and reinstalled it and so far so good. The cab lights typically leak through the sun visor mounts.

 

no cab lights. sounds like a easy do it your self fix

Make sure that the door weatherstrip lip is on top of the grab handle/pillar trim piece and not tucked underneath it - it's a common reinstallation error.
