Looking at a dealer inventory, but i can't figure out if it's a 6 spd or auto by the VIN and they don't say which reannys are in the trucks. I want to trade in mine for a 6 spd.....thanks.

 

Looking at my '03 service manual, there is no spot for the tranny in the VIN.

If you try building a truck on the DC site then try to find one n your area, you should be able to look at the dealers inventory and then look at the window sticker. The window sticker will show what tranny the truck has.
