I saw two value groups on the 2004 3500 quad cab one is the Lone Star value group and the other is the Big Horn does anyone know whats included in them?? I couldnt find it anywhere on the dodge site.

 

Not sure about the "Big Horn" group but the "Lone Star" group is a Texas thing. Here is the Lone Star group for a 2003 model:
