Hello everyone,

Just got a new iphone 14 and it won't work correctly with the Uconnect in my 2007.5 Ram 3500. My previous iphone with the latest software update worked perfectly fine. This one pairs and connects but as soon as you try to make a call using uconnect it will dial but there will be no audio on the speakers and the person you call can't hear you. Eventually it loses the bluetooth connection and it switches to your phone. Then in a few seconds the bluetooth reconnects and nobody can hear anything again. Then in a few seconds it drops the bluetooth connection again and the cycle repeats until you get sick of it. Has anyone ever had this issue and how did you fix it? Do I need a software update to my uconnect?

On the phone I have IOS 16.3.1 and the truck is apparently the latest version according to the dealer… but I don’t trust them all that much because they told me I don’t have bluetooth in my truck…
