$27K is getting pretty close to the price of a new one (prolly $32-35K). Check out Lou Fusz in MO and see what the bottom dollar is on either a new 2006 or 2007.

Truck looks nice. I'm real happy with my 04 but before I'd spend that much on a truck three models old, I would seriously consider springing for a new 06 or 07. That way you get to choose exactly what you want, get a new warranty and all new truck.

All those flares need is 35's to fill them in.

That's a nice clean truck. Do you know if it is an 04 or 04.5? 305 vs. 325hp?

Maybe he doesn't know either. That could be your bargaining tool. If it is the 04 305, you could tell them "nobody wants that, it's under powered, I'll give you 25k right now!".

Before all you owners of the 305/555 motor start threatening me, I'm personally a big fan of the 305/555 motor. I am envious that the 305 gets such good mileage and has been so reliable. Just suggesting to use that as a tactic to get best price at the dealer.
