I have a 2004.5 2500 QC SB, SLT 4x4, 6 disc radio, leer XQ Topper, running board, spray in liner, Auto, Power driver seat, PW, PL, 85k miles. It is in great condition with no dents or paint issues.

I would like to trade it in on a 2007.5 2500 MC 4x4 SLT and am wiondering what I can expect for a trade. I tried Edmunds, NADA and Kbb.com but they are all different. I don't think they are looking at the new 600 series engines.

Probably depending on where you are located as that seems to have some effect on value my best guess would be from a low of somewhere around $20K to maybe really stretchiung it a high of $25K or so. Remember by shopping and with DC incentives some have boungt new 5.9's for around $33K so that has to be factored into the value issue. I got $25K for my 04.5 with 68000 miles on it this past Feb and that was trading for the 07 5.9 in my signature which stickered around $44K and I got for $35K. This probably wasn't the absolutly best deal I could get but really needed to sell this problem truck and DC wasn't offering much from an arbitration hearing. Took the best deal and ran to the bank for it.
