Has anyone tried the Toyo A/T tire? Being 8 ply will they hold up pulling my mowers around in a 20ft enclosed trailer? Looking to move to a 285 tire. Thanks for the input.

 

Yah I have them on my p-up (came with about 90% tread when I bought the rig). They are a decent tire but not what I really want ( a more aggressive mud terrain type traction pattern). They ride quite and seem to keep the balance very well. I have noticed That they tend to "cup" a little but it doesnt seem to effect the noise or ride quality. When I bought the rig I didnt notice (my own stupid fault) that whoever had the truck before me had the pressure up to 60 psi all the way around and before I realized a little uneven center ware occurd. I will say again that they ride nice and quite however the traction off road leaves alot to be desired. All in all not a bad tire and they seem to last a long time even under the weight off the cummins.

 

I have Nittos, whcih are the same as Toyo, with no problems towing about 11K lbs.
