If anyone else has any pics towing with there lifted trucks lets see em!!!!

By the way i got the tanker for free and traded the tanker for the bobbed deuce plus 1500 wow what a blessing hu shes a multi fuel gas or diesel or bio or whatever i love it mite get some 53s and a 15 inch lift

If you can live with that squatting, more power to ya. Personally, I can't. I wont even put a leveling kit on my truck for that reason. I think a lot of people talk down about lifted duallies because of the hitch height/bed height. I know years ago my dad wouldnt buy a 4x4 dually when he got his 96 because the bed was too high for the primary purpose of the truck which is to tow a 38' 5th wheel camper.

Nothing a set of air bags won't cure, I hate the lower front end myself and will be leveling it soon as the 35s get here.

There's an easier fix. Think of it as a raised back end instead of a lowered front end. lol.

Another issuse i have with a lot of leveling kits is that they make the front end higher than the back. My friend's cousin has a 1500 that is like that and it looks dumb. It reminds me of the hydraulics guys that raise their front ends to be able to turn their wheels but leave the back end squatted to the ground. I'd rather be hauling a**, not dragging a**.

They raise the rear for a reason, and the reason is so that a load (like pictured above) will level the truck.

That truck might be safe for driving around town, but you wouldn't want to tow cross-country like that. HWY 80 at 70 mph and a wind storm would be treacherous with that rocket ship.

Regardless, my truck's suspension is bone stock, it still squats when I'm loaded and hooked up to the trailer, so maybe I should jack up the rear even more eh, like 3 more inches¿?

Im with Dan K on this one. There's a reason the truck is 2" higher in the back. However, its quite obvious that a lot of people aren't concerned with towing....hence the 35-37 inch tires. Even as well rounded as you can be with a diesel truck, you cant have your cake and eat it to.....a show stopper at the drag strip thats lifted 8 inches with 40 inch tires and tow friendly thats just as safe as the day it was built with 20mpg fuel economy.
