Actually you could get any of 4 different tire brands. BF Goodrich, Goodyear, General, Opps I forgot the other one but who knows, it's the luck of the draw and whatever they have have in the bin at the time.
The other may be Michelin

This is a shot in the dark, but I was at a dealer today and the 3500 they had on the lot, which was built in August, had the offroad tires and they were BF Goodrich Rugged Trail T/A. This ram was a SRW though and not a dually.

Thanks i hope i don't the generals they suck. hopefully i'll get the Gooyears(a good batch) or the BF Goodrich
The reason i opted for the offroad tire option is so maybe i'll get a better tire that will last a little longer than the normal OEM offerings.

Another option is to contact a tire shop in your area, tell them you've ordered a new 3500 dualie and would like to trade in your factory rubber towards better rubber when your truck comes in. Give them the size and the brands and models listed here to get an idea what the shop will give you for them if they're willing to do so.

I'm getting a set of Mastercraft Courser C/T's mounted up this wednesday. Mastercraft just released them for our trucks in a LT265/70/R17 E Range. Finally a ten ply aggressive tread for those who want to retain the stock tire size.
They have been on back order for a few months. They are an all terrain aggressive tread with 18/32" tread depth. I have the stock Michelins on now and like them for highway, but during the winter I need something more aggressive for towing my sled trailer up the unplowed moutain roads. My snowmobiling friend who owns the tire shop in town swears by the Courset C/T's and uses them on his Powerjoke F350 Crew Cab.

Tread separation - Michlins
My trucks in the shop for various problems right now and in the course of looking for the dreaded driveline vibration they just called and told me I have a tread separation on one of my Michlins and that I should take the truck to a dealer and get it replaced before they can do any more looking for that particular problem. I haven't heard of anyone else with that problem, but I thought I'd through it out there. Great highway tire.

I had a set of Cooper Tires (maker of MasterCraft) Initially I liked them but on my 1/2 ton gas job they did not last long at all. I was very unhappy with their durability. They were supposed to have a 50K mileage warranty. The right rear was almost illeagal after about 10K and I didn't do too many burnouts

I went this weekend to 2 dealers looking and the Michelins and BF Goodrichs come on SRW trucks and 265 width not 235. The DRW s i saw all had Generals , my guess is that the goodyears are optional the SRA or GSA( offroad onroad tire i guess) so if thats the case i hope i'll get the Goodyears
My buddy has on his dually the SRA on they have 24K miles and look good and he pulls heavy a 17,500# GN with a dozer.
Thank guys
