Tire pressures?

I run 65 front, 35 rear unloaded. This gives me a decent ride, and gets me a FULL contact patch on all 6 tires.
I run 65 front, 60 rear when towing my GN, and 50 rear when towing lighter loads.
The sidewall numbers are for MAX load. If you aren't carrying max load, you will wear the centers out quicker AND have a rougher ride to deal with.

Psi
Running 62psi all around and the tires are wearing great. I only up the back if I'm towing or hauling a lot of weight (24 foot car hauler) only puts about 1,000lbs on the hitch and if I get stone, 2,000lbs in the bed, then I go up to 70. Normally I never hit max. Getting good millage with these PSI's too, so That will save me some money for new meats. You want an ideal contact patch. They say to drive over a clean sheet of paper, you want it to go side to side of the tread, that's the ideal wear pattern. But that's my two cents

The tires were stock BF Goodrich Rugged Trail T/A (and they wore down very evenly).
