Thinking of making the change

So I am looking for a little advice...

I am thinking of leaving the 2nd gen world and moving into your neighborhood.

What would you all say the proper asking price for one of these two trucks or better yet what should I offer.

I know I could just do the simple KBB or NADA but in this market people with pre approval hold the chips...in that I mean I got the money...and they need to move a vehicle.

03 QC LB Auto, 99k 305/555 SLT

04 QC LB Auto sport, 101K, dont know if it is 325 or the other, havent gotten the build date yet from the seller

just looking for some ideas because I want to personally and i know this sounds bad....LOW BALL THE HECK OUT OF THEM...they are dealerships and are already out of there minds...

based upon the info year and miles what would you all walk in and offer.

thanks

Without seeing them, and knowing if theyre 4x4 or not, I'd say somewhere in the 16-18k range is probably fair?

Don't post links, you never wanna do that they'll sell faster than you can even get to them.

Ok...thanks

that is the one I probally forgot...I have used Edmunds in the past but thanks for the reminder.

So...here goes..tell me if I am right about this..

When pricing a used vehicle..the dealer cant use multipule "styles" or "configurations" can they....

In that I mean...you cant list a truck and base your KBB,NADA,Edmunds on a vehicle as a SLT,Larime,Sport can you.

It has to be ONE of them...that is the trick they get people on right..I had a dealer try that one on me...they say..Ok lets run the numbers...they bring up KBB..and they enter year, miles and they they enter, ST,SLT,LARIMIE,SPORT...and that JACKS up the price...ITS has to be ONE of them but not all of them.

I am right, right...it can only be one "trim" package, not all???????? if it were a SLT then it would encumpass the ST, so you couldnt claim that as part of the numbers, and equally you couldnt claim the sport or larimie...same goes for a SPORT, you cant claim ST,SLT,Larimie because a SPROT encompasses them all....of course you when PURCHASING a new truck can have a SPORT trim and make changes to the options of that TRIM package but you cant claim it to be ALL of them on a resale....AM I off here or what.
