Thanks

Today I sold my beloved 04.5 that I've had for a shade under 10 years. 210k miles and ran terrific. Got good $$ for it too. My new job doesn't have the same requirements as my old one, and I'm on the highway ALOT more. I'm a Dodge/Ram guy since birth, so it's going to be a Hemi(gas?!?) or an EcoD(Fiat?!?) not sure yet, may come down to a coin flip lol.

Thank you, great people of the forum for the years of tips, tricks and info. I learned so, so much on this site and hope you keep it up!!

I would get a Hemi over a EcoDiesel. I have seen some ugly things happen with the EcoDiesel.

I would go with a Pre 06 Hemi, all hemis after 05 I think had cylider deactivation. One of the worst designs they ever could have come up with. Dont run thicker oil than it states on the cap and dont let it idle for extened periods of time, youll be putting a cam and lidters in it. #1 failure in a hemi. Wish there was a way to do the idle bump on a hemi like we can with the CTD.
