Which battery do i need to hardwire in for a 500+watt power inverter?

Either, the batteries are wired in parallel.

From: Central Mexico.
Whichever one is closest to the inverter. Use the shortest possible cable run with the correct size wire. Don't forget to use a fuse right at the battery.
