Tailgate Fire Strips
Question for ya'll.
I put these strips http://65.163.174.43/Product.aspx?ProductID=26932 on the truck and they look great (at least I think so), but they only work when the lights on the truck are OFF. When you turn the lights on, the turn signals do not work nor does the brake light when the pedal is pressed. I swapped a second set in to see if maybe there was defect but it did the same thing. Are these designed to only work when the lights are off?? Seems silly if that is the case. I called customer service and left a message 2 days ago and haven't received a call back....go figure.

I have the RECON line of fire and it works as advertised (brake, turn, hazard and parking). Never had a problem. You may have a bad one.
their site says "Bully’s new multi-fit L.E.D. Fire Strip functions as an additional
running light, brake light, parking light, turn signals and hazard light." so I would think you have a bad one. Keep hounding them.

I'm the poster boy for "long way to go". I want more things than my Sugar Momma will allow. Although, sometimes the things she doesn't know about don't hurt her.
I've been a stay at home Dad now for 12 years. Love that woman to death. She's put up with more of my hobbies than most women ever would. Hunting, guns, bows, dirt bikes, camper, trucks......she's a saint for putting up with me. I would have kicked my butt to the curb a long time ago.
