just bought my 2006 quad ram Big Horn Friday, also had the
leather put in with Cummins logo, looks awesom.

Paid $1300.00 which included heated seats, though i dont like
where they put the controls :/

The big question is ...would those cloth seats be "fart free" or not?

Are these covers generally custom made for each truck by an upholsterer, or they ordered by application from a manufacturer, and then installed?

They are ordered. Mine came from a company called Katskyns(I think thats it) then installed by an upholstry shop.
And yes Toto, mine are fart free. I had my leather added the day after I bought the truck.
