ok hears an odd question on the 06 when you turn the key on when the truck is already running, it doesnt make the grinding sound to restart is there a pertective system installed , I have my turbo timer wired to the starter and i activate it by restarting the started truck , it arms my timer, will i damage anything by keeping it like this. I tried wiring it through the accessory but the door chime stays on and the timer doesnt work through accessory. i think i need a resister to work its a negative not a positive..
