Sorry guys, sold the Mega Cab......

Hey guys, just letting you know that I sold the Mega Cab and bought a new 2500HD Silverado LMM. Just personal preference, coming from a long line of GM's. I can honestly say I tried the other side. Thanks for all of your input and helpful tips.

Blasphemy!!!! I'm just messing with you. Your makin' the payments and it's your preference. Just because your driving a Duramax don't think you can't still come on here and chat with us Dodge guys. Congrats on the new truck!

I only had my Mega for 6 months and got it used for $33K. My payoff was $31 and change, that's all I wanted and exactly what I got for it. Unfortunately, there is not much market for the used Dodge's since they have been selling the new one's with big rebates and the such. I had it advertised for about a month private party with no takers and I was down to asking for just my payoff.
My Duramax stickered for $47K and change, $50K after dealer crap installed and I got it out the door for $41K after rebates and haggling. I didn't do too bad, probably could have done a little better if I didn't have the trade, but that is the way the trade game goes.

Ya I with ya on that^^^,I was looking at them before my I got my Dodge but price and the inside turned me off,the outside looks ok to me though.

Anyway good luck on the new truck, would like ya to drop in time to time and maybe give us the up's and down's of the Chevy vs the Dodge.

Hope you like your new truck. I think they are the ugliest chevy yet--just my opinion.

I can't get over the HUGE front bumpers. They do look best in chrome yet from the side view, they need some trim to break them up or something. And there needs to be a black liner or something around the rear wheel/fender wells...looks to me like that area would get all chewed up with rocks coming off the tires and hard to keep clean. On the other hand, I think these trucks have the smoothest shifting automatic out of all three. Just my .02 cents.
