So many Dodges!
So many Dodges!
Its my first time to Salt Lake City Utah and all I see is Dodge 2500's all over. Its like a 10/1 ratio over the F250's and duramax's. Back in NC its the other way around. I got the one out of like 10 dodges in town that isn't stock. Here everyone has tires/wheels and lifts on nice new trucks. Definitly dodge country out here. Another cool thing the place I'm working at this week is right across the street from high tech turbo. COOL!
thats the way it is in parker co! i fit right in. Denver metro as a whole is not as good but not to bad either i have never felt out numbered in town.
even though i have been very close to the area for quite a while i never noticed till we bought a house here. in colorado parker is where its at for rams!

Probably most of these trucks are serrious work trucks and as such can do the job. Check out the real work trucks on the interstates and truck stops and they will probably be Dodges.

Part of the reason is for some reason Utah has the best prices for new Dodges in the country. Dave Smith motors is famous for their volume of Rams sold. I bought mine used from Watts automotive in Utah. They sell loads of lifted trucks. I love my Dodge but I wouldn't mind having that GMC Kodiak Ironhide. http://www.wattsautomotive.com/view-inventory.aspx
I live in the SLC Area... I remember hearing once that SLC UT has the most trucks per capita (not sure how true that is, but there are definitely lots of trucks here).
Agreed on the lift/ wheels tire thing - lots of it.

I live in Northern Utah and yes tons of dodges. Up here in weber county I think the main reason is no Emissions (for now)!! We pretty much can do what ever we want and get away with it. Cummins is just a great truck for the farm!!

I live in northern IN and everyday I see guys delivering campers and toy haulers from the factories and I've noticed that the truck of choice is about 70% Dodge, 25% Ford and 5% Chevy. When I go to Kokomo It's easy to tell there's a Chrysler factory in town. Dodge vehicles everywhere.
Yup, lots of Dodges
We have a bunch of "volume" dealers in Ewetah that regularly sell at least $10k under sticker (Hinckley, Menlove, Miller, Garf, & West in Preston ID), not to mention Dave Smith is within a (long) day's drive.
Don't know how the other Dodge dealers that ask for sticker minus rebates even stay in business
.
Also, I'd like to think we're kind of frugal around these parts, and if you've got to have a diesel pickup the Dodge gives you the most for your dollar.
Like I posted on another thread, CTDs outnumber the PoSDs and DuraTaxis combined in my neighborhood. There's even TWO megacab long bed conversion outfits in the state! That says something.
