Sliding MegaCab rear seats

Anybody considered or has done modifying the Mega rear seats to slide forward and have more room behind them ?
It would be great if we can sacrifice a little leg room to gain luggage or even just grocery shopping room instead of putting everything in the box.

it would take some serious modding since the seats fold down.. why not just fold em down to store the goods?

I like the fact that you can drop down one seat, and still have room for two people plus a larger place for whatever in the folded down area OR drop down the two-seater side and still have foom for one passenger. And of course, if you have the whole back seat area dropped down, you can really have a lot of inside hauling room. The area behind the seats holds a lot too. Win-win situation the way it is, really no need to sacrifice any leg room.

We packed all of our suitcases back there for 4 adults and one child. All behind the back seat! Was able to stack one on top of another and put small bags in the storage floor. Then we had all the room under the seat bottoms. I love the mega cab.

The wife, daughter and I went on a trip last summer and all the luggage was behind the seat. Only had one small one with snacks that was not there but could have fit!!

Same here, you can get 2 sets of golf clubs back there!! there is so much space in these cabs they are brilliant for long road trips with family etc.
