If you like it, do it. I wouldn't be concerned with what other people think since everyone has their own opinion. I personally don't like H2 wheels on our trucks, yet tons of people run them. Again, just someones opinion.

BTW...that blue truck has nice looking stacks.

lol

While I'm not a big fan of big wheels and low profile tires your truck looks pretty cool, very "clean" as someone said above, I think stacks would wreck it.

BTW, I like your grill, is that a full replacement or did you have to chop up the stocker? (I like to keep the stock stuff in 1 piece incase I change my mind)

Awesome reply!!!!!! I also think stacks look cool, BUT your truck is very clean looking and I think one single BIG FAT tailpipe would look the best, not a chickenchit little 6" tip, but at least 5-6" exhaust the whole way!

Yes, big pipes then get under there and polish them weekly!

(I'd never put big fancy exhaust on cuz they look cool, but that's just me...)

It's funny that you're asking this question. I was just telling my buddy about your truck yesterday, and couldn't figure out why you didn't have stacks yet! If any truck was going to look good with stacks, it would have to be yours. Go with a single 6" mitre just right of the 3rd brake light. No duals.

I do not like stacks, myself.
Now, an undercover would add a nice look (IMHO) & probably cost about the same as the stacks.

It's a full replacement grille. It's an RDX grille with a 4mm billet insert. I got mine from www.stylintrucks.com

Wow! I think it's so cool that you guys all the way out in Cal are talking about my truck. The reason I started the poll was because so many people had made the comment "Why don't you have stacks?" Thanks for your opinion!

Here's what makes the decision so hard. I also had this poll on the cummins forum. Here on DTR, the poll clearly leans to leaving the truck as it is with no stacks. But on the cummins forum, by the same amount, the results were the direct opposite. More people thought stacks would be perfect.

So, if I do stacks or not, I guess the truck will look good enough either way.
Thanks for everyones opinions and thoughts. I will keep in touch on my final decision.

Since you are posting this on two forums I guess the answer is on average we have more teeth than the other forum. Count yours and see who wins.

Well, it may seem like everybody has stacks now but that's just on these boards. Just like it seems that everyone is making 600hp. That may be true around here on DTR but not so in "Real Life".There really aren't that many trucks running around with stacks on average. I thought seriously about putting them on my 07 dually I had. There are two silver duallies right in my town and both have 22.5s on them and both have some big chrome stacks. One is Ryethomas and I don't know who the other guy is but his truck looks almost identical except he has turnouts on his. The other guy doesn't make any smoke so I think he may be stock versus Ryethomas 800hp monster. Anyways, when you see either one coming at you on the road they both look super cool especially if there is some smoke billowing from the stacks... I have no problem with stacks but I think that duals just look super cool with those 6" tips on them....

^^^really good point. Just like injector failure and death wobble. People get on these forums when they're into modding their truck, or they're looking for help with problems.

Out in California, not many people at all have stacks. I put mine on last night and was the first guy around here with one. I remember about 15 years ago I was out in Colorado and saw an old Dodge with a stack for the first time - ever since then I've been fond of them.
