Shattered Fog Light Lense
I just noticed one of my fog light lenses is shattered!! Does anyone know if I can get a replacement lense somewhere without having to buy a complete light?

I had the same problem with both of my fog lights. I searched everywhere and ended up having to but new assemblies. I got mine from newdodgeparts.com at $92 each, but here is an ebay link for $55 each. The cheapes i've seen so far.

Try PUMA. They carry replacement lenses for Hella lights (Hella makes the Mopar fog light). Here's their number: 1-800-354-3552. They also have a web page, I just don't know the address.
I broke a lens on my Hella 500 driving lights and Hella customer service recommended PUMA.
Good luck!

looks like PUMA is gone away (note date on posts)
the lens look to be ~20 on ebay (10 lens, 10 shipping)
i thought my lens said "Hella 1009" on the top, but I can't GOOGLE that.
ebay link to just the lens

Rock Auto has the complete assembly for $39 according to a guy who posted awhile back. Robin @ Genos sourced me out three sets of 3m film to cover mine and two friend's lights to prevent it from happening again.(And it will) It was a one time deal with her,but XPEL industries carries the film as do others. Some guys source out the ST louvered inserts and mount the lights behind them. Seems pretty bombproof.

I ordered fog light covers from http://www.headlightarmor.com/index.aspx to hopefully avoid this problem. They are 22mil thick colored and 25mil thick clear. They are supposed to protect the lenses. I ordered the yellow ones. I have not had a chance to install them yet as they just came the other day and it is too cold out. Has anyone else tried these?
