Selector **** for vents does not function

The other day I noticed I switched my selector know from vents to the floor/defrost and nothing happens. The **** seems to be working as it always has but it does not engage switching from defrost, feet, or main vents. Always on the vents only.

Common issue. Your Mode vent is probably broken. Go to Heatertreater and watch their videos. Good Luck.

Don't know if you're still having this issue or not. Do they switch when you turn the fan to off? That is my issue. My vent door only switches position if I turn the fan all the way for for about 5-10 seconds, then when I turn it back on, I can hear it move and the air comes out of the vents I turned the selector to.
