Sayin' goodbye to my truck
Sayin' goodbye to my truck
Gettin' rid of the ole' boy. Slow business, health reasons and financial setbacks are putting me in the position of having to get rid of the workhorse. He's got just under 180k miles, served me pretty good but I got an offer that will get me out without losing my butt.
New owner doesn't want any of the add-ons I've put into it as they will be using it for a different purpose. I will be putting some ads on here after I have all the items removed from the truck. (ad removed)

I guess it's better than losing a bunch of money to a dealer, but it still bites. I'm sorry the economy has forced your hand, but I also respect that you're wise enough to play the cards you've been dealt and come out with what's best for you and your family.
You're still going to stick around right? Been quite a few times I've needed your support, especially on the political forum
and we'd all be worse off if we lose the wealth of knowledge you've got.

At least your doing the "Responsible" thing. Most would do what they could to keep something that isn't needed. however if your business requires a truck maybe something that gets better millage? I noticed like others you put 100,000 a year on your vehicle, so either hauling or commuiting, that's a lot. Good luck with it. I'm glad the 05 got paid off when I got it, trucks now are sooooo expensive.
