Ride
I have a 04.5 and trying to find out if putting a shell on the back like the Leer. will give me a better ride, asphalt is ok but when on the concrete slabway , the wife just doesnt like it .
Play around with your tire pressures, it will help some. I have a Leer and a fuel/tool combo box in the back, and they also help quite a bit. A pallet of torroidal transformers in the bed makes it ride better than a Cadillac. Even bone stock and empty it rides better than any other 3/4 or 1/2 ton I have ever had.
It's all in the tire pressure.
You didn't say which truck you have, a 2500, 3500, DRW, SB LB, etc
Just do what the Tire info paperwork that in the glove box says.
Run about 55-60 in the front and about 40-40 in the rear's when empty, it will make a big difference
