Reverse Switch??

I have no reverse/backup lamps. They acted funny last winter like a delayed reaction before they came on. Funny thing is I tested the switch and it passes continuity. However, I'm thinking the switch might be defective internaly.
Any thoughts!!!!!!!!
Fuse good, bulbs good.
Thanks

Relay, bulbs? Test for power or ground yet? Need to know which side of the circuit has failed. Check at the bulb.

Figured it out. Switch is faulty internally. Going to ground. I can jump wires and lights come on. I can also test switch for continuity and it tests good. However it will not pass current when pulled in!!!!
