Regular dually fenders on a mega cab dually

OK all, here goes a question which has probably been raised in here before, but i can't seem to find an answer.
I've got an 07.5 mega cab dually, lifted with the 35x12.5s on the back the tires stick out a good 3 inches. Don't really bother me too much but the LSP seem to think it's too far and keep making me pay their salary!!
I would like to stick a set of regular dually fenders on that baby, (i like the way it looks too) but are they any wider? Regardless if they are are not, i could then get bushwackers for them fenders to match the front of my truck!!
NOW has anyone done this before? Is it doable? Anyone got any to sell/trade?
I am located in New Iberia, Louisiana and my truck is black. If anyone can help me out here, it'd be awesome! Also someone help me on getting my latest pictures of my truck posted on here. I can email it to you and you post it or whatever, but i can't do it for the life of me!!

Only if you lose the fuel door. The short-box doesn't have enough room for a fuel filler, and a fender. That's why Mega duallies get the different fenders.

How about fabbing one on the fender skin itself?
