Recon, very bad customer service!

This is my 3rd order from them. Each time I have spoken on the phone with them they tell me my order is shipping out that day and I should have it in 2-3 days (Im only 15 mins from their wharehouse). 3 days after each order, no package So I call them at around 3 pm they say I should have my shipping # at 6pm. Today, 5th day I call them up, the guy rushes me through the conversation and tells me there out of stock until Friday. Its not like these are important items, But 3 orders over the last year have been just like this.

Remember, no vender bashing. Ok so far, just try to post the facts.

Yes, Heath will help you out, I have heard nothing but good about him. I have had my problems with recon too, but I fixed it myself and quit worrying about it. A trip to lowes fixed everything I needed.

How about asking to P/U @ warehouse? I know some don't do that. That would solve the issue.

They treated me great with my Line of Fire. I had a couple LED's that were burnt out from the factory. They had me take a pic of it and they sent a new one quickly.

I was given many numbers for Heath called all of them several times and left messages with no return. I had to fix the problem myself. Oh well...GoodLuck

i had a couple of problems with my cab lights way back. i talked to heath-he made it right. he even followed up with me a couple of times after that to make sure i was satisified. maybe they are extremely busy with x-mas around the corner.

I have a set of cab lights with 1 light that the LED's are bad. Installed them, took them off immediately. I called Recon and have yet to get it resolved. This was all last Spring.

Can someone post Heath's contact info, or PM me if that is not appropriate?

I purchased a third brake light from them. Ordered it on like weds and got it on friday. Shipped from FL to NC.

I think that would be a good idea. There seems to be quite a few people here who are in need of it.
After having my recons for about a month, the lens just fell off one of my fender lights. This has been almost 4 weeks ago. They said they would get another one within a couple days. And not to my surprise (after reading everyone elses complaints) it is still not here.
