Recon, very bad customer service!
This is my 3rd order from them. Each time I have spoken on the phone with them they tell me my order is shipping out that day and I should have it in 2-3 days (Im only 15 mins from their wharehouse). 3 days after each order, no package So I call them at around 3 pm they say I should have my shipping # at 6pm. Today, 5th day I call them up, the guy rushes me through the conversation and tells me there out of stock until Friday. Its not like these are important items, But 3 orders over the last year have been just like this.

you guys should call Heath direct. he will lite a fire under the person handeling the shipping. he treated me very well and always has.

Yes, Heath will help you out, I have heard nothing but good about him. I have had my problems with recon too, but I fixed it myself and quit worrying about it. A trip to lowes fixed everything I needed.

i had a couple of problems with my cab lights way back. i talked to heath-he made it right. he even followed up with me a couple of times after that to make sure i was satisified. maybe they are extremely busy with x-mas around the corner.
I have a set of cab lights with 1 light that the LED's are bad. Installed them, took them off immediately. I called Recon and have yet to get it resolved. This was all last Spring.

After having my recons for about a month, the lens just fell off one of my fender lights. This has been almost 4 weeks ago. They said they would get another one within a couple days. And not to my surprise (after reading everyone elses complaints) it is still not here.
