Question Rancho 9000 shock p/n question.

Looking on Summit's website right now (http://store.summitracing.com/egnsea...115+4294903084) at the Rancho 9000 adjustable shocks, and these are the ones I want. Read a bunch of good things, plus my Dad is running them on his '02 and loving them. Anyway, on the page, there's a whole bunch of p/n's for these, and was wondering which are the right ones to get? Are there better places than summit that you all know of, maybe sponsors on here? I've not really posted much since I bought my '07, mainly cause I haven't had to. Truck's been trouble free and wonderful so far, edging up on 18K right now. Reason I'm getting these is because I plan on setting a camper on it soon. While you're reading this, any opinions on sway bars? BTW, I was really surprised how much ocean-motion I got in this truck, especially when I had about 4K in the back stacked about a foot above the roof...definitely not putting a slide-in in till I get at least the shocks on. Thanks a lot everybody!

Brian

4K in the back of a 2500 is a bit overloaded, will definitely need bags or extra leafs along with the new shocks, you should of had a dually with that size slide in.

It was a pallet of bricks...guessing the weight, weighed one and did the math...close to 4k...and I only had to go about 2 miles...still prolly 2 inches from the bump stop tho...

Try Part Number: RS9000XSSD, which is off 4WheelParts.com's website. You could save $40 there over Summit, so you would have some $$ left to make a purchase from DTR (or donation). 4Wheel occasionally does a 4 for 3 sale. You can get to Rancho's catalog at GoRancho.com

Why is that a surprise, as you have Doubled the payload reccommended for that truck, and significantly raised the CG?
