Radio Reception

I have an 03 HO Cummins Auto 2500 4x4 Quad Cab 6ft bed. Until recently the radio seemed to function exceptionally well and picked up all my favorite channels. The past 2 weeks most of the channels all fade in and out and even an old work truck I drive gets better reception. Has anyone else had a problem?? Oh and now my ash tray won't close :-(

Thanks,
Gene

It's simple. Repair the ashtray and the radio reception will improve.

In reality, it may be a poor ground or a loose connection on your antenna. The AM/FM reception on my 04.5 six disc is exceptional, due in part to the external (standard) antenna.
