Nice truck! One of my favorite colors!

 

Dave, the color of your truck is my new favorite vehicle color. Why did you end up with Mega (besides liking the color). My next truck may be Mega,? but I don't have younguns and don't haul folks around, so I don't know that I really need one. I like the way they look with a roof high topper cap.

The reason for a Mega...well, originally I was going to get an Excursion, since we're starting a family, have 2 dogs, and take a lot of trips, I wanted to have the space. I also wanted to be able to pull my car trailer when needed (and not with a gasser). The Mega was the next closest thing to an Excursion, but I will still have the utility of a pick-up truck. I decided if I got that Excursion, I'd really miss having a bed.

If you don't have kids or haul folks around, you probably would have no use for a Mega Cab (sounds like you don't have much use for the back seat), and would maybe be better served with a Quad Cab, with the long bed? Not sure how much you use the bed...

 

Congrats on the great loking truck. I got a new-2-me white Laramie Mega couple months ago. Love it!

 

Nice. I saw that one advertised. My wife wants leather and moonroof or I woulda beat ya to it.

Im not a fan of blue, but that is gorgeous.

I have the same truck and color and I obviously love it!

 

That dealer sends all of it's trucks to a detailer that paints all the frames and suspension parts. Not really a cover up just a high end detailer.
