Cool Proud owner of a new-to-me '07 2500 Mega Cab! :)

Well I ran it by you guys to get some feedback on the truck as well as the dealership. I heard things both for and against them. Ultimately, once I saw this color, I simply could not pass it up. I'm sure I could have found a lower mileage or cheaper truck in a different color, but like I said, it's hard to fight your mind once it sees what it wants.

It's about time I got to drive the thing. Took it to work today. They believe in spacing spots as close together as freaking possible, with minimal space between rows, so parking becomes a bit strategic. What a nice ride though.

Got a 'non-dealer' pic up...

Look at the underside of this thing. I don't think I've ever had a vehicle that still had paint attached to the undercarriage. Looking in the fenderwells, everything is still black and shiny (although, covered with some road/rain dirt, it'll wash right off). Is this what they are supposed to look like? Or did it get repainted before it was sold?

Latest driveway shot...need to start getting rid of some crap once it warms up a bit. Everything is everywhere, since there was 3' of snow when I left for my last work trip. I need to get everything lined back up. Other Dodge is up against the Civic to keep to hopefully keep it in the driveway this time (Someone tried to jack it out of my driveway last time I was out of town).

That's a beauty. I just love that color. I rate it right up there with Intense Blue from the late 90s.

Thanks all!

Question -- Look at the undercarriage -- Does it come that nice and black from the factory? Did someone paint it? Or do I just have an exceptionally clean truck?

Looks like some paint on the underside of the bed. Good looking truck.

I think they painted it with gloss black instead of flat. I'd just be glad they cleaned it up and painted it. I love that color. Congratulations, really nice truck.

Thank you. I wasn't sure if it was factory painted, anti-rust painted, or "trying-to-hide-something" painted. Doesn't appear to be anything to hide though.

Man, that's a sharp looking truck.

When we were shopping for my wife's last truck, we wanted the eletric blue mega, and just could not find one. Setteled for the inferno red instead.

I better not let her see your pictures Really good looking truck!

Oh, yeah, I looked at your gallery... man, you've got a nice selection of vehicles there... and your own website!

What kind of job do you have? I need to look into it...

Lots of smart guys get their new truck home and immediately paint the undercarriage so it doesn't rust up. I'd bet that's what the previous owner did. Truck looks great and, as everyone else has said, Electric Blue is one sweet color.
