hey just got and 03 2500 cummins HO with auto tranny stock. i want to put some type of programmer on it that will also give me all the temp readings and boost. nothing to fancy, just something that wont hurt the truck. i was looking at the bully dog power pup with the monitor. is that a good deal, saw a combo for $700. i don't think i wanna spend the money for an edge or banks. btw is banks realy good or is it overrated?

this truck is not for racing or towing...i'm putting really big tires on it tho...really big. so i was also wondering maybe spend the money on a TC or some type of tranny upgrade instead of programmer with gauges...

 

Yeah, go with the Bully Dog Triple Dog. I'm very happy with it and I don't even have the monitor. It has all the safety features and is upgradable. And it makes a ton of power! If you don't like it you could probably sell it faster than any other programmer, just because it works on all 3 diesels.

btw i want to make sure i'm not putting anything on it that will kill the stock auto.
