we have tried everything you said and still nothing, so im thinking it's the whole unit for whatever reason.

forgive me for asking, but is there any other location in the truck with fuses/relays, such as the driver's side kick panel or anywhere? i have only checked in the box under the hood because everything related was right there

Sorry to hear that. The only fuse box is under the hood. I don't think the hemi would be any different that the cummins. When you did the jumper from pin 30 to 87 on the relay socket did the lights come on? You should have 12vdc at pin 30 all the time. This would test all wiring to the lights. Are your dash lights coming on? If not then I would check headlamp switch.

no, the lights did not come on, but yes, i still have dash lights.

it has since made it in to the dealership, and for 160 bucks, they told me that it's likely that the wiring for my sled deck lights shorted out, and because i didnt wire all that through a relay before power, that it also fried the PDM. so I now have a brand spankin' 500 dollar PDM, and instructions on how to wire this deck in properly.

I'm a little pesemistic though, because if the power to the deck lights shorted out(spliced into the left tailight), would it not have blown the fuse (32/34) that fuses that circuit?

any info helps guys.
