Looks good.
I'd order it without the tubing around the headlights though, never liked that kinda thing plus it's a pain to wrap your winch cable around the bush bar after you've used it with them in the way.
Why the bolts though? Why not just weld that piece on?

Denver Off Road Bumpers
He did a 2011 Dodge Ram for us in 2011, Gave him the truck so he could have time to template it. Sweet looking and follows the grill lines good...
You can see Denver's bumper on www.xpcamper.com. Best bumper, truck and popup camper out there.
Layne is the owner of Denver Off Road Bumpers. He is on the west slope in Colorado. Last I knew he was in Palisade which is just a few miles east of Grand Junction. I cant speak to price as I have had mine for over 10 years and suspect the pricing is significantly different by now. He does have a website minimal as it is http://denver-offroad.com/index.html
Denver Off Road Aluminium Bumpers
I'm on my third (two fronts one rear) from him and they still rule.....
They cost about the same as replacement of the front clip (nose) once after a deer strike.
These are kinda like four bolt mains on a SB Chevy,....good insurance...
Nate...The bends are made on a standard tubing bender...The mandrel bender that will maintain the diameter through out the bend is very very expensive and most likely beyond the means of most shops. Only the really serious shops that bend a crap load of tubing can afford one.
Why are you guys being so critical the bends. They are not kinked. They look really nice for not use a mandrel bender. I am sure that isn't .040 tubing either, so it is just going to luck like that.
Tubing bends,.
He bends them that way intentionally. It's ALUMINUM, he does it to maintain the thickness on the outside of the bend more for increased strength and workability.... The headlight guards on my 2001 can hardly be moved by hand and when you bang your head, knee, or arm on one, you know it...
They look terrible for a $1800 bumper. I wouldn't accept something like that on my truck. For not using a mandrel bender they look good, but I wouldn't build something like that without a mandrel bender.
