Is there a 3rd generation inspection checklist like for the 2nd gens? I remember getting a checklist from ???? I think Geno's Garage for when I picked up my 2002, but I haven't found anything for my 2004.5.

So far, I know to check for the rubber plugs in the floor, rear diff....anything else that we have to check upon inspection?

Make sure it doesn't run rough. Some of the 600's have a rough running problem that is supposed to be fixed by a reflash from the computer.

That's what I used for my 2nd Gen. I will use it again and add the:

1. Differential Fluid Level.
2. Power problem at light throttle.
3. Plugs or Tape on underside of floor.
4. Vibration at 1800 - 2200 RPM.
5. Leaking cab clearance lights (I guess I am lucky living in the Seattle Area)

Anything Else?
