Phantom Grill Installed.........

I bought a new grill last week and it came in today. Total time for removal of the stock chrome grill and installation of this grill was approximately 20-30 minutes.

Overall it has a good fit and finish. The black matched up great to the PX8 on my truck. The top of the grill sits a tad lower than the hood. While it is not really noticeable....I may buy a black bug deflector to cover up the fact that it is not flush with the top of the hood.

The only thing I had to do was to transfer over 5-6 of the retaining clips from the old stock grill, onto the new grill. It came with the upper threaded studs, I just had to re-use the nuts.

I am very pleased with how it turned out, enjoy the pics:

Do you have a link to the store?(or was it ebay?)

Thats not bad, for $90 shipped, id paint the outter part silver to match myself and maybe try painting the center either chrome or just leave it black.

I found it on Ebay.

Most of these grill sold on Ebay are $150, with shipping.

I really like the vertical bar version of the black grill, but I found the horizontal grill version so cheap, I could not pass it up.

Someone bought it and then ended up selling his truck. I found it and offered him to edit his auction and add $90 "buy it now" with free shipping. He accepted so I bought it, fast.

I have shipped grills before and they are around $30-$40 just for shipping.
