Help. I took my 2005 3500 to the dealer to have the pass airbag replaced because of recall. When I drove it home the radio did not work and some lights by the fan didn’t work. I took it back and they told me that during the install they didn’t come near the radio or other lighting. Kind of odd don’t you think. I asked to talk to the service MGR but was told he is in a meeting. Then was handed the 800# for Dodge Chrysler.
I went on YouTube and watched a video showing removing plastic from around radio and fan. I’m cornfused. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
