paint rubbing off of frame

has anybody else noticed on their driver side rear frame (in front of the tire, right under the fuel filler neck) that the paint is rubbing off due to the brake line hose rubbing on it? mine is worn right down to bare metal!!

Yes mine did it i used 3 zip ties to get it off the frame cleaned the area and painted it. I took 2 zip ties and put them on the line that wasnt on the frame and then zip tied the line that was on the frame to the line that wasnt on the frame between the other 2 zipties this keeps it from slipping off. Hope that was somewhat clear.
