Just a question for the guys who have replaced thier factory hoods. I changed out to a SRT-10 hood early this year and have the old hood in the garage, wife b***hen about it. What did you guys do, sell on ebay, salvage yard, etc? Any idea's would be helpful. Thax.

 

I have same problem. I changed hood 2 years ago
my old one sits in the box SRT came in.
If you can find body shop in need of one that would
be your best chance of getting rid of it.

Sorry, it's brt silver, so unless you want to get it painted it would not be worth it to you. But if wanted to take that on, I would let it go for a cheap price for a blue line brother.

You would ask that, I will have to check can't remember off the top of my head. Which paint code? If was apinted in say Mich. it has a differnt hue to it compared to say one built in Can. I can probablly get you the ext color code from the body shop who did my SRT-10 hood.

 

Paint code is PS2...Dodge bright silver met.

It should also be listed in the Federal ID tag on your driver side door.

I recomend Craigslist. You could also list it on ebay with a stipulation that it must be picked up in person, but Craigslist is free
