Occasional wiper problem

Hi,

I'm having an annoying problem with my wipers, they stop working completely after very cold / icy weather. They have done it before and then just started working again.

I also have an occasional issue with my rear right turn light, which is making me think the multifunction switch might have an issue.

I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts, or had experienced this problem before I replace the switch and wiper motor.

I have also read that these issues can sometimes be related to the TIPM, which I believe is a costly replacement :/

Thanks in advance

Yeap, it is a bad multifunction switch. Common issue.

Shorts did a good write up on the multifunction switch...

Let me see if I can find it.

My wipers have been acting funny for a few years... high to off and back again fixed it up, so I haven't messed with it. It's a common problem, tho.
