Price? I paid over $250 a tire for my Vortrac's in a 35/1250/17E. Curious if these tires compete in the price dept. They dont do well in mud or sand.

I love the new tires. They look awesome, and are probably about the quietest mud terrain or even all terrain I've ever had. But I do have one question. Ever since I got them on, my truck has been really squirrly, and wanders alot. It wants to change lanes on its own, and when I do change lanes, its like the back end is behind the front as far as getting over. I dono, its just a really weird feeling, like driving a boat or something. Or like when you're pulling a trailer with an uneven load and the trailer starts swaying and yanking the back of the truck around, is exactly what it feels like. Anyone else noticed this with these new trail grapps?

I just put mine on and I seem to notice some wandering. I attributed it to a huge wide tire. I upgraded to bilstein 5100s as well and honestly, the truck drives much better than stock even with the huge tires.

What kind of pressure are you running? I am currently at 55 in the front and 50 in the rear.

My truck was like that when I installed my new Open Country MTs. Felt like I was driving around on ball bearings and was a bit scary at highway speeds. It went away in about 500 miles and was good after.

I have a 2" hell bent steel level spacer and am running the 35x12.5 R18 Trail Grappler MT's with 18x9 XD Addicts (+18 5.71 BS) and do not rub at all. Off road on full lock it would probably rub but I have yet to have any rubbing. The 35x12.5's are actually 35.04 x 13.39 which is a wide tire to call 12.5 wide however they fit. They look awesome! Am cleaning truck but will post pics after done probably tomorrow.

OK still no pics yet waiting for snow to melt. However, I have tested these in 2' of deep heavy snow, hard packed snow, ice, wet, dry as well as a long distance drive to upstate NY. These tires are awesome! I have never run another mud tire but honestly dont think I will try another tire either. No real complaints and extremely happy with the snow and wet performance. Now just need ladder bars so I can really play in the deep stuff!
