I am not much help but from the DTR Wiki:
P1757 Governor Pressure Above 3psi In Gear With 0MPH
and
P2146 Bank 1 (Cylinders 1-3) Shorted High Or Low ::My book says this pertains to the Fuel Injector Group 1 Supply Voltage Circuit
I dont know anything about these codes but hopefully someone will double check them and tell you a little more about it.
