I am looking at a new 2006 3/4 ton quad cab sport six speed and with rebates and emplyee pricing I can get it for 35,615. I was just wondering if this is about what everyone else is paying for them or a really good deal. I havent really been looking long so I really dont have anything to compare it to.Sounded like a deal to me considering the MSRP is 44,540. Any input is appreciated.

The MSRP was $45,000
I asked for the invoice sheet, which he brought out and it showed $40,100.00

I got it to 3% UNDER invoice for $38,900
They then gave me the $3500 in factory rebates PLUS that specific truck had ANOTHER $1000 in factory rebates due to the delivery date for a total of $4500 in factory rebates!

=
$34,400.00 (plus taxes & plates)

 

Sounds about right depending on the options, but that is the exact truck I was looking for, but couldn't find a black one while they had the 0% financing going on. 2500 QC 6 speeds 4X4s are getting tough to locate. I got an SLT instead and so far I am happy with it. BTW there is also a $500 discount for the "Big Horn Edition" so that is some of the difference when you are comparing a "Sport" window sticker and the window sticker from an SLT with the BHG package. I kept my 02' and I am glad I did for certain resons, but the ride of the '06 is much more to my liking than the '02. Just my $.02
