Re:mud flaps

Congrats on the truck.

There are a handful of online vendors for mopar parts, and most have picts to show off the products. If you're willing to install yourself you might save a few bucks.

Here's the marketing photo :

Re:mud flaps

Does anyone have the molded flaps with 315's? Just got a set dirt cheap. Might get them mounted tomorrow. Not sure if they are going to look too small.

Re:mud flaps

So who has the best site to order/ look at the mopar accessory's? Mud flaps , etc. I found some tube steps at Summit for $176. in stainless steel and $216 for the chrome.
Any opionion's on what looks best on a silver truck?

Re:mud flaps

I noticed a small rock chip after driving on a gravel road so I went to Cummins & got these Rams head & Cummins logo mud flaps for $36.

I took off the rear tires & plastic fender insert to make access easier, use a couple of C-Clamps to hold the mud flaps to the body to get everything straight & even & drill your holes.

Re:mud flaps

I went with the OEM molded mud flaps too...they are a bit pricy, but well worth it. They are not really that noticable. They look clean and about as classy as you can get with mud flaps. More importantly, they help protect your paint.

Re:mud flaps

The dealer has already installed the moulded flaps. Too late to change now I guess. I'm sure they'll be fine, I'll see them tomorrow.

Thanks for all the pictures!

I have pictures of my new truck (with the mud flaps), we had a computer crash over the holidays so no computer for a while. The pictures were taken at dealership, the truck has never looked quite so clean again.

What a nice Christmas present!

I just sold the White Obsession, here are some picture of the mudflap that were on it: White Obsession

I now have a 04 dually. Jason from NorthWest Custom just put some temporary mudflap on for now. He should have the new ones done next week. They will be really nice, will have LED lights also. I'll post pictures at that time.

My main objective is not only to stop the rock for people behind me, but to protect my truck!

Hey Big Bob, how do you get a hold of Jason at Northwest custom? I have tried for over a week now. Leave two or three messages a day, never get a call back. I guess he doesn't need my business.
