Mega Cab Long Bed

It may very well have been a conversion, but I saw a Mega Cab long bed parked at a location that the local dealership parks some of its trucks. It sure needs bigger wheels though, looks like they were 16"s. Now that I've seen one, I might actually have one someday, but I'd want it set up more along the lines of a 4500 or 5500.
Also has anyone seen that Sterling is going to be putting their own badges and grille on what looks like a 5500?

The only thing I would like to have more than a Megacab is a Megacab with a long bed. But I also want a winning lottery ticket.

I like the long bed dually conversions, but I think the SRW looks odd.

I wanna see a mega cab longbed but with the mega cab dually fenders. Not a fan of todays bulgy and fat looking fenders.
The mega cab fenders remind me of a first gen dually =D
