My LR e-brake cable has worn completely through the plastic sheath to the metal casing and there is a large white metal shiny area (arc) on the inside of my wheel well. I don't have the wheel well liners, or I probably would not have noticed. The truck only has 11K miles. I am wondering if others have seen this problem, and how it has been addressed at the dealer. So far my problems have been small - like this cable, a bad plastic bushing in the tailgate causing a rattle and some wind noise in the driver's door. I plan on taking it in and getting these repaired.
