Seems to me that Performance mods will still be easy. The first thing you will have to do is buy an over sized soot filter. That way you exhaust could breath easier and still keep with strict emissions. My question is what about the 04.5-6 CTD's. Since the fuel is low sulfer will that bring down our emission output?
